Our Seafood Philosophy
The aroma and taste of fresh seafood,the friendly ambiance created by our staff, the sound of the sea makes our guests really experience the island life.
All our dishes have been prepared by our award winning Chef Pantelis Demosthenous. The entire menu
specializes exclusively on seafood. The philosophy of the menu is a variety of small ‘tapas’ plates that can be shared on the table. At Almar seafood bar we believe that the best memories are created by a collection of moments shared around the table with friends ,family, food and wine.
The perfect dinner completes with a rich cocktail list made exclusively for Almar by Christos Papaloizou.
The cocktails are inspired by the ocean concept of the venue and attempt to perfectly match with the rest of the menu, balancing the delicacy and imagination.
